## What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?

Conversations beyond your monthly limit are billed as overages — $1/conversation on Basic, $0.65/conversation on Pro. You’ll never lose a conversation; we just bill the extra at the end of the month.

## Is there an advocate limit?

Each tier has an advocate cap. Most brands have far more conversations than advocates, so the limits are generous. Need more conversations? Overages are billed automatically so you’re never cut off.

## Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Pay annually and save 15% — roughly two months free. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. Contact us or mention it during your demo to get set up.

## What counts as an active conversation?

Any conversation with a message in the last 14 days. You can manually close conversations sooner.

## How quickly can I get started?

Most brands go live within a week. Add the embed code, import advocates via CSV, and you’re live.

## How does Stoked integrate with my website?

## What payment methods and currencies do you accept?

All major credit cards and bank transfers/ACH. POs and checks accepted for annual plans above $5,000. All payments in USD.
